Delivery

We aim to deliver in 5-7 days within the UK.  Delivery is free within the UK and £9.99 outside the UK.

Weights

All weights quoted are unfinished and approximate, although normally accurate.

Faulty or Unwanted Goods/returns

We are bound by distance selling regulations.
***However please note all our rings are made to order. Please do not order unless you're sure of your requirements. Thankyou***
Faulty or unwanted goods, or items returned for re-sizing, must be returned within 7 days of receipt, to the wedding ring specialist P.O BOX 8995 LE21 3DL with a brief description. Your card will be refunded via sage pay to the card used to purchase your item. Please note that we can only refund to the original card used in the transaction.

Items returned for resizing will be dealt with as a priority.

Sizing

We recommend having your finger measured professionally in a jewellers.  Re-sizing + or -  up to two sizes is charged at £15.00 per item (including white gold) and includes post and VAT.

Please phone to request a plastic multisizer if no other means of establishing your finger size is available. 0116 2706384.

We use the standard UK system of the alphabet  for all sizings but can convert from the US or European method of numbers if you wish.

Payments

Payments can be made with Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Amex and cheques made payable to "The Wedding Ring Specialist" and sent to the following;

12 Month Warranty

Products found to be defective of material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced up to 12 months of purchase.  Rhodium plating is not guaranteed.  The warranty only applies to the original purchaser.  Items having been worked on by a third party are not covered by any warranty.
